Lepercq has been an investor with Hildene since 2008 and currently sits on the independent advisory committee of a Hildene-sponsored vehicle that is the majority investor in Hildene Re SPC, Ltd., a multi-billion dollar private reinsurer based in the Cayman islands rated B++ by AM Best. Lepercq continues to look for additional opportunities to deploy investment capital in insurance industries by leveraging Hildene's and our expertise in the space.
Two Seas Capital
Lepercq was a founding and day one investor in Two Seas Capital, a specialist investment firm seeking to generate outsized and uncorrelated returns through legal or regulatory catalysts, and Lepercq has participated in numerous co-investment opportunities alongside Two Seas Capital. A focus of Lepercq is to invest early in and alongside our investment partners, while participating in or structuring single asset deals with our partners.
COtwo Advisors
Lepercq is a day one investor in COtwo Advisors, the first Exchange Traded Product to offer efficient access to the European carbon market. COtwo Advisors provides exposure to the European Union Allowance (EUA) market in a manner that makes EUA investing available to anyone without complicated custody arrangements.
